About Us

Radio Nanyam is a vernacular radio station that transmits in Luo language. It has coverage in Kisumu County, Siaya County and Homabay County. The station is owned by a Community Based Organisation called Nyanam Initiative but operated by Radio Nanyam Limited. The Station bedan transmission in 2016, and has been growing through the period. The station is in the process of re-branding and reorganisnig to make it the radio of choice in the counties of Kisumu, Siaya, Homabay and Migori by offering content and entertainment that is in the tune with the requirement of the listenerdhip. This will be achieved by having state of the art transmission capacity, best in class motivated stafff and presenters, effective management and marketing.
